Warmer weather is expected this week with sunny skies Monday and Tuesday before clouds begin to increase late Tuesday afternoon and night.
Rain isn’t totally out of the question as chances still exist generally along the east of -35 on Wednesday.
Temperatures will gradually warm to just above seasonal normals. Southerly winds will begin to increase to around 10-15 mph on Tuesday and Wednesday.
Our next storm system will affect the area Wednesday through Friday.
There will be low chances for rain late Wednesday through early Friday with the greatest chances occurring on Thursday.
A strong cold front will move through on Thursday, causing winds to become gusty out of the northwest. While only rain is expected at this time, we are monitoring the potential for a transition to snow if temperatures are colder than currently anticipated.
