Delta County is celebrating with the Cooper ISD Class of 2019 as each and every student has been accepted into a program for higher education following high school.

The district says the class of 54 may be small, but they are mighty. Each student in the class has been accepted to either a trade school, junior college or university following graduating high school.

“What an incredible accomplishment by the students, along with the lady that guided them the entire way, Academic Advisor Jerrica Liggins,” said the district in a Facebook post. “They couldn’t do it without her.”
