A man was released from the hospital Tuesday after his motorcycle collided into a vehicle.
Paris police were called to the 2400 block of N. Main Street around 12:30 p.m. for reports of an accident.
Curtis Garrett with the Paris Police Department said when first responders arrived, they found a motorcycle and vehicle had collided.
“A motorcycle ridden by a 26-year-old man was traveling southbound when a 2006 Hyundai pulled out from a private drive and into the path of the motorcycle,” Garrett said. “The rider of the motorcycle was taken to the hospital where he was treated and released.”
The 27-year-old driver of the Hyundai was uninjured and was cited for failure to yield the right-of-way from a private drive.
