One of Paris’ most loved food trucks is set to open its own brick-and-mortar restaurant in the near future.
Misty Miller and John Gallaghan, owners and operators of Gallaghan’s Wicked Kitchen, made the announcement today.
“Everything is fresh and made to order,” Miller said. “Our number-one seller is the Philly cheesesteak and a ribeye steak sandwich.”
The restaurant will be at 2101 Lamar Avenue in Paris. Miller said the pair will continue the food truck as it will take several months to get the restaurant in order. An opening date will be announced when it is closer.
