Nestled inside the old Subway building in downtown Paris, DAQ’Z Crazy & Wing’z will have a hiring event for cooks and servers this Friday and Saturday from noon – 5 p.m.
Paris High School graduate and Dallas Police Officer Raphyael Tyson said he has wanted to do something like this for a few years now.
“The idea came when I went off to college at SAU, where daiquiri shops are big,” Tyson said. “When I left school, I went to Dallas to work and I knew I wanted to do something like this in Paris; Something that would be different.”
Tyson said he has already received most of the required permits from the city.
Tyson said the restaurant will offer 33 flavors of wings, both in dry rubs and wet, along with 12 different flavors of daiquiris.
“We’ll have nine flavors that remain the same and we’ll change out three of them,” he said. “You’ll be able to mix and match to create an endless amount of flavors.”
Applicants must be at least 18 years old to apply.
