The 59th Annual Paris Rodeo rides back into town June 22-23, 2018, at the Paris Rodeo & Horse Club Arena.

A collaboration between the Paris Rodeo & Horse Club and Lamar-Red River County Crime Stoppers, the rodeo will begin each night at 8 p.m.

“We’ll have everything from bull riding to steer wrestling and even Mexican bullfighting at the end of the show,” said Jala Nation, rodeo chair. “We’re having call-in for junior barrels and mutton-busting starting June 18 from 9 a.m.-3 p.m.”

Other events include saddle bronc, ranch bronc, calf roping, team roping, barrel racing, breakaway and roping. The mutton-busting contest will happen each night before the rodeo starts at 7:30 p.m.

Tickets are $10 for adults, $5 for children 12-7, and children 6 and younger are free.
