The Lamar County Chamber of Commerce is set to host a building code overview and compliance conference with current and future building and business owners and contractors.
“There is so much conversation going on about certain codes and what it takes to be compliant, we are teaming up the City of Paris and Paris Fire Department to give an opportunity for questions to be asked and more information given to current/prospective business owners, current/prospective building owners, and contractors,” Paul Allen, Lamar County Chamber of Commerce president, said. “The codes are in place to protect your investment and your neighbor’s investment. We hope people will take advantage of this opportunity.”
