Baby Gunn’s animal rescue to have adoption, donation event this weekend

Baby Gunn’s animal rescue is set to have an adoption event this Saturday at South Main Iron from 9 a.m. – 3 p.m.

“We will have fully vetted dogs of all sizes there,” said Adoption Coordinator Sheri Ashford. “Paristocats will have cats and kittens there with us as well.”

In addition to finding pets a new forever home, officials will also be accepting donations to help the rescue continue helping pets.

Some of the items needed include dog food, puppy pads, paper towels, zip ties, hand sanitizer, pine shavings, dog toys, treats, collars and leashes, she said.

For those unable to attend Saturday who still wish to donate, message Baby Gunn’s animal rescue on Facebook or call 903-505-9638.

South Main Iron is at 255 1st Street S.W. in Paris.
