Police are searching for the person responsible for a shooting on Wednesday.

Paris police officers were flagged down in the 1200 block of Pine Bluff Street around 4 p.m. for reports of a shooting.

Captain Terry Bull said officers were told the shooting happened in the 200 block of 10th Street N.E. while the victims were attempting to pick up some belongings.

“The suspect, who is still at large, was a known acquaintance of the victims and shot at them multiple times,” Bull said.
