Paris police find drugs during warrant arrest Wednesday

Paris police found drugs during a warrant arrest Wednesday.

Around 11 a.m., police were conducting a bond surrender warrant on Kyler Steward Sisson, 25, when they saw drug paraphernalia.

“A consensual search was conducted and officers located a baggie that contained methamphetamine,” said Curtis Garrett of the Paris Police Department. “Sisson was charged with manufacturing or delivering a controlled substance of more than 1 gram but less than 4 grams.”

He was later transferred to Lamar County Jail were bonds were set at $35,000.
