The Red Bear, a well-known food truck in Paris, has found a brick-and-mortar home in Paris and will expand its menu.
The restaurant will open soon at 208 S. Main Street in Paris, where the old Perry’s once was.
We finally found our home for Red Bear restaurant,” said Managing Partner Beatrice Ardila Thornhill. “We hope to complement an area that is already blossoming with new business, offering an exciting date spot for Parisians.”
Well known for its wood-fired pizzas, The Red Bear will offer tapas, main courses, desserts and a hand-picked selection of craft beer and wine.
“With multiple Food Network appearances and being a two-time Paris Winefest winner, we are excited to show that we can do more than just pizza,” Beatrice said.
Her husband, owner and chef Kenneth Thornhill will put his culinary skills to the test with the new menu, offering “great food that doesn’t have to be expensive.”
“Our ultimate goal is to create a place with high-quality food, a laid back atmosphere and a refreshing change of pace for our local community,” Beatrice said.
The hours for the new restaurant will be as follows: Tuesday – Thursday, 11 am to 2 pm, and 5 pm – 9 pm; Friday, 11 am to 2 pm; 5 pm – 10 pm; Saturday, 3 pm to 10 pm; and Sunday Brunch coming soon.
