Throughout the year 2018, Paris Ford Lincoln gave away $12,000 to area nonprofits who are United Way of Lamar County agencies.

The company strongly agreed with United Way’s motto, “Raised here, Stay here” which led to the 12/12/12 campaign throughout the calendar year. Each month, Paris residents would vote for the nonprofit of their choice to receive $1,000 from Paris Ford Lincoln.

December marked the last month for the campaign and voters chose Dylan’s Drivers as the recipient to close out the year with the last $1,000 check from the campaign.

“Paris Ford Lincoln is committed to being involved in our community and this is just a small part of the efforts on our part of giving back to the community we work in, we live in and spend our lives in,” said Henry Shaw. “Congratulations to all of the agencies that were voted to receive those funds and thanks for all you do for our community to make Paris and Lamar County a better place to call home.”
