The Lamar County Chamber of Commerce continues to spotlight their long-standing members in a series of stories highlighting the value they have added to our community.
Century 21 Executive Realty has been a member for 38 years. Vic Ressler purchased the Century 21 franchise in 1981.
“We recently talked to Ressler about this ever-changing dynamic in the Real Estate,” said Chamber President Paul Allen. “Century 21 Executive Realty currently employees 15 licensed agents and 2 office staff members.”
“Through the years, they have been a leader throughout serving buyers and sellers with their residential, commercial and land needs. I feel like we have been instrumental in helping to shape the growth and progress our area has made,” Ressler said. “The company continues to grow and adapt to today’s current more challenging market and ever-changing business environment to better serve our community.
“Our goal is to help and assist the growth that is coming – to be the benchmark for quality service and professionalism both today and in the future to come,” Ressler said. “As realtors, we have a unique opportunity to promote our town – not only to promote new residents but to retail and industrial, etc. I believe a town that is not growing is dying. We are fortunate in that those in our profession can play a big role in the direction we take by sharing our expertise and advising and guiding the people that are affecting our growth. We have a part in helping to build a positive future and a better tomorrow for all.”
“Lamar County is fortunate to have Century 21 Executive Realty, as well many other real estate firms that are located here to help promote our community and serve a need for so many future newcomers and existing residents with all their real estate needs,” Allen said. “The Lamar County Chamber of Commerce would also like to thank Century 21 Executive Reality for their continued support and membership for 38 years.”
