Working with his buyer clients for about two months, licensed AltaTerra Realtor Davis Burkhardt and his clients became close.

“Automatically knowing what this meant, Davis and members of the AltaTerra team stepped up to help the family in any way possible during this tragic time,” Ross said. “When the tragedy was over, it was Christmas time, and they invited their realtor to their apartment to talk about the next steps toward purchasing a home, but it was a surprise dinner followed by Christmas cookies and Christmas carols sung by their children.
