Scott’s Collision Repair helps make a vehicle accident process simple for its customers.

David Norris, co-owner of Scott’s Collision Repair with his wife, Sara, said, “the process can be confusing and a bit frustrating when dealing with insurance companies.

“Scott’s Collision will relieve a lot of the stress of accents from our customers by essentially handling everything — right down to helping our clients file the claim,” David said.

Proudly serving Lamar County and other surrounding counties since 2006, Scott’s Collision Repair’s customer experience and community involvement have not changed, though the ownership has, David said.

“We strive to make every single client’s experience the best it can be by going to bat for our clients to ensure that they are made completely, 100-percent whole from their collision loss,” David said. “We continuously train and reinvest in team members and our facility so we are always on the forefront of technology.”

In many cases, after a non-fault accident, David said clients are entitled to the diminished value of their vehicle.

“At Scott’s Collision, we can help our clients get the compensation from the insurance company that they are owed for the claimed loss on their vehicle,” David said. “This is a benefit many repair shops do not pursue for their customers, and it’s also something many vehicle owners don’t know about.”

As a community-centered collision repair service, Scott’s Collision Repair recently had a customer “with a bit of bad luck lately.”

“She brought her car in for the third time in a short period of time,” David said. “She jokingly asked us if we had a punch card for frequent customers. With that joke, we actually made her a Crunch Card with a gift card to Paris Coffee Company. We all had a good laugh.”

David said they returned to Paris because it is centered around community and family.

“Since Sara is from Paris, it’s always been a goal of ours to get back here and be able to raise our family in this community,” David said. “We are so blessed with friends, family and great customers. It means everything to be a business in Paris.”

David said Scott’s Collision Repair is a full-service collision repair facility. The facility focuses solely on its clients to ensure all repairs are made according to Original Equipment Manufacturer’s repair standards.

“In the past five years, the automobile industry has evolved immensely,” David said. “Options like lane-keep assist and crash-avoidance systems that were once reserved for high-end luxury vehicles have now become standard equipment on most makes and models — even at entry trim levels. This advancement in technology demands collision repair companies continue re-investing in training and equipment, and that’s exactly what we do at Scott’s Collision.”

Scott’s Collision Repair offers collision repair and cosmetic improvements.

“From replacement door handles, to simple headlamp bulb replacement,” David said, “we do it all — big and small.”
